The greatest improvements in football performance are achieved playing and training on the pitch. Coached by UEFA licence coaches, an FSCR football session is designed to improve your technical and physical ability specific to your position and playing level.
Football sessions are designed to improve the following critical components for any player regardless of playing level:

A 60-minute one to one session with an FSCR Coach that focuses on technical skills, position specific practices and football specific conditioning.
All players will benefit from FSCR’s innovative training programme that focuses on 5 central components designed specifically for your gender, age and playing ability:

+ Strength & Robustness
+ Energy System Development
This membership allows players to attend an unlimited number of group Strength & Conditioning and/or Recovery sessions per month. Each session is a 60-minute group session aimed at providing all players with an age and gender appropriate training and recovery programme.
All players will move through FSCR’s injury rehabilitation pathway that incorporates:
+ A 45 minute initial consultation
+ Referral for further investigation through imaging or a specialist sports injury consultant if needed
+ 1-1 early-stage treatment and rehabilitation with our Physiotherapists
+ Group training for intermediate and late-stage rehabilitation with our Strength Coaches
+ A return to football training clearance completed by both our Physiotherapists and Strength Coaches
A 45-minute consultation suitable for players who require a diagnosis of an injury. The initial assessment, treatment and rehabilitation plan includes referral for imaging or a consultation with a Sports Medicine Specialist.
A 30-minute session for players who require hands on treatment and early-stage rehab for their injury. Physiotherapists also provide sports massage for game preparation and recovery.
FSCR provides Sports Nutrition supplements based on 3 key areas of performance – Health, Pre-Game and Post-Game. All Nutrition X supplements are Informed Sport, batch tested and can be purchased in gym.
