GYM MEMBERSHIP

The gym membership provides players with access to FSCR’s performance and recovery facilities with innovative training programmes, written by experts within professional football. Your training programme is designed to improve your mobility, movement skills, speed, power, strength and robustness, that will improve your athletic ability and reduce your risk of injury. As an FSCR member, you also have discounted access to our in-house physio.

If you have a niggling injury or recent knock and you want to be assessed, you can book into one of our physio drop-in sessions, a 30-minute appointment to assess your injury for just £15.

You have 4 Gym Membership options:

Individual GYM Membership

This membership allows players to attend an unlimited number of group strength and conditioning and/or recovery sessions per month with morning and evening sessions available. This membership also provides players with their own FSCR performance coach who will manage your performance programme. This includes an individual gym programme based on your player profiling that is specific to your strengths, weaknesses and weekly match schedule. Players will perform their individual gym programmes within the 60-minute group strength and conditioning or recovery sessions that are progressed as the player completes each phase. A £100 sign-up fee is required for this membership to perform your player profile. Testing results are used to identify your strengths and weaknesses compared to professional gold standards. Your result’s will be used to write your individual programme and monitor your progress. Performance retesting is completed at the end of every 12-week training block.

Full-Time Gym Membership

This membership allows players to attend an unlimited number of group strength & conditioning and/or recovery sessions per month. Each session is a 60-minute group session that is progressed as the player completes each phase. Monthly performance testing is also included to monitor progress.

Part-Time Gym Membership

This membership allows players to attend 1 session of either strength and conditioning and/or recovery sessions per week. Each session is 60-minutes and aimed at providing all players with an age and gender appropriate training and recovery programme. Monthly performance testing is also included to monitor progress.

PAYG Gym Membership

Players who want to casually attend a group football and group strength and conditioning and/or recovery session can do this with a PAYG single session. Group strength, conditioning and recovery sessions are general but specific to the demands of football, your position, age and sex. Goalkeeper specific programmes are also included.

HOW IT WORKS

£1 TASTER SESSION

Download the FSCR App and purchase a £1 credit to book into a group S&C or Recovery session so you can experience how we do things at FSCR. Included in your taster session is a gym session and access to our recovery suite.

Membership

Once you have had your taster session you can then decide which membership is best for you.
