1) Starting your membership
You can start a membership at any time in the month and you will be charged based on a pro-rata payment. If you join on the 20th of the month, you will need to pay for the rest of the current month, which means you are not charged the full monthly membership fee.
2) “Initial Period”
For all Football & Gym and Gym Memberships there is a minimum 3-month contractual commitment period called the “initial period”. This does not apply to the Rehab Membership which is a rolling month to month contract.
3) “Initial Period” Cancellations
Any cancellations within the initial period will result in a £100 fine that is added to the outstanding amount owed for the remainder of your initial period.
4) Membership Cancellations
If you want to cancel your membership after the initial period, this can be done with 1 months’ notice that must be submitted in writing before the 1st day of the month to [email protected]. If your notice is not submitted before the first day of the month we will automatically accept this for the start of the following month.
5) Membership Fees
All membership fees are due on the first day of the month and all payments must be made through the FSCR app.
6) Overdue & Unpaid Membership Fees
If membership payment is not made on the first day of the month, there will be 3 more attempts to take payment, this is classified as an overdue payment. If payment is still not made on these attempts your membership payment will then become an unpaid payment. Unpaid payments will result in a £5.00 penalty fee that is calculated for everyday payment is not made. If payment is still not made by the end of that month your account details will be referred to a debt collection agency.
7) Suspending your membership
At any time, you can suspend your membership for a single period of one – three months within any twelve-month period. If you want to suspend your membership you will need to let us know in writing by email at [email protected]. You must tell us the start date and the end date for the suspension in advance.
Bookings can be made 1 week in advance and must be booked 2 hours at the latest before a session/appointment begins. If you do not book for a session before the cut off period of 2 hours, we have the right to deny you access to the session. If you arrive late for the scheduled start of the session, we reserve the right to deny you from participating if deemed unsafe for you to participate or another member has taken your place. Certain sessions have restrictions on bookings, including membership type, age, sex and playing level, this will always come down to the discretion of the coach in charge of the session. If you do not turn up to a booked session, a strike notification will apply. You will receive an email notifying you of the strike for a no-show booking.
