Individual Training
Our individual training sessions give you access to your own FSCR coach and a completely individualised training programme that is tailored to your exact needs. This is the gold standard in training and will take your game to the next level.
Your individual training programme includes:
- Pre-training individual specific mobility and flexibility
- Injury prevention based on your injury history, screening and any injuries you might obtain throughout the season
- Athletic movement skills
- Football and individual specific strength, power and speed
- Individual metabolic conditioning based on pre-testing
- Rehabilitation if you sustain any injuries throughout the season
Group Strength & Conditioning
Group Training Programme
Our group training session allows you to train with other footballers as you work through your semi-individualised training programme overseen by our FSCR coaches.
Your group training programme includes:
- Pre-training mobility and flexibility
- Athletic movement skills
- Injury prevention
- Football specific strength, power and speed
- Metabolic conditioning
- Rehabilitation if you sustain any injuries throughout the season
Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation
Your initial consultation is aimed at the assessment of your injury and the treatment of pain and discomfort. If further diagnosis is needed you will be referred to our network of specialists.
Your follow up consultation is aimed at treating any pain or discomfort and providing therapy if it is needed within your rehabilitation strategy.
Your rehabilitation programme is designed by our FSCR physiotherapy and strength & conditioning team. Your programme will be designed specifically for your injury and will be done within our group training session.
